In bug 319516, we "fixed" a really ugly essentially-blank (grey) Info window when a Collection was selected (a regression from Page Info landing, IIRC).

The fix now shows a Bookmark Info panel with empty, diabled fields if you do Get Info on a Collection *before* having selected a bookmark.

Once you've selected a bookmark in one collection, however, you suddenly have "activated" "hidden" selections in all of the collections (grey selection highlight), and at that point, doing Get Info on a Collection (blue selection hightlight) actually pulls up the panel for the "selected" item in that collection (the item with the grey selection highlight, since the right pane doesn't have focus then).

I think we should try to supress the Info panel (and disable the menu item) when the active selection is a Collection. (/me waits for cl to scream)

If we can't do that, then maybe we should always force a selection in the right panel when opening Bookmarks or History, so even if a Collection is the active focus, there's a selected item in the right pane to "proxy" for Get Info on a collection...then we'll be consistent.
