after training action, re-classify new messages in current folder, to avoid overtraining and the need to manually classify several similar new junk messages.

what might a typical, example use case look like?
also, in practice, overtraining may be less likely to occur with current releases.

the case is where some slightly new flavor of spam (if you only started training it's more likely) manages to get a whole bunch of instances through as false negatives, possibly a larger bunch in the "back from away/offline after a few days" case. they may even be nearly identical. you're going through the unread messages, it should make sense for the app to save you some work by clearing away the spam ahead of you as you go.
