There some untranslated strings on ABook:
1. Launch ABook, at the bottom of the window
   "Status Bar" is not translated.
2. Have one card in the address book, highlight the card, 
   in the middle of the window,
   "Card for <card entry>" is not translated.
3. Have one card with display name, highlight the card, 
   you'll see in the card view pane,
   "Display Name:" is not translated.
Another unstranlated string:
4. Open one card, the window title shows as
   " Card for <card entry>"
   Here "Card for" should be translated.

It's hardcoded in abCardViewOverlay.js. Not Fixed for Jab1.

Sending to Scott.  We simply need to add an addressbook.properties file and move 
the had coded strings from the .js files into it.  The structure of the code is 
ready for this change we just need to create the file and access it from JS.
