Details

Bug 338045, removed the use of navwatcher.js, eventregistrar.js, and listdictionary.js from safebrowsing code.  Once we switch to the pre-processed js component (bug 338045), we should delete these unused files.

We should also get rid of dead code that's pretending to be a unittest.
Errr, the pre-process js component bug is 337655.

navwatcher.js was removed when we landed safe browsing.

eventregistrar.js and listdictionary.js are still being used, so I'm marking this as invalid.
