User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20060507 SeaMonkey/1.1a Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20060507 SeaMonkey/1.1a If you read a mail message with links in it (e.g., the New York Times daily mail), the first time you click on a link, instead of opening the link in the browser, the mail window repositions itself to the top of the message. Clicking on the link then will work, but you have to scroll down the message to get to it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open mail with links in it 2.use the scroll bar to read down the message 3.click a link Actual Results: the message goes back to the top Expected Results: should open the link
Could you attach the message source for such a mail? If it's just an in-page link (the address for it ends with #something), that would be very much the expected behaviour.

It moves to the top of the page. Try the links to an article.
Which ones? I clicked on a dozen of them, all open in the browser as they should. Check the status bar to see what the URL is, does it contain a # close to the end?
I still see this bug always. The issue is that the first time you click on any link, it brings you to the top of the e-mail message. This does not occur if first you click somewhere in the mail message window.
