The icon changes to a plus! Is this a bug in mozilla or kde? I have also tried with nautilus from gnome but it does nothing I will just use save as for now. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a Mail with an attachment 2 [review]. Drag to kde or gnome 3. Watch nothing happen Is mozilla using some x drag and drog directives or primitaves where does it get the flavour (mime) map from? Is the problem with kde and gnome? Does firefox work ok? Is this an enhancement?
There will be no more Mozilla 1.7.x releases. Please try SeaMonkey or Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
Version: unspecified → 1.7 Branch
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008041001 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre Dragging an attachment from SeaMonkey Mail to Konqueror displaying a blank tab doesn't work (apparently, the destination is not acceptable). Dragging to Konqueror displaying a local directory pops up an input box "File name for dropped content" even though the attachment had a name (which will be used by default if I use "Right-click -> Save as..." or similar on the attachment. Dragging the same attachment to the same directory displayed in a SeaMonkey Browser tab doesn't work but I suppose it just means Sm-browser has no "File Manager" capabilities. Confirmig for trunk.
