338294 - FF seems to lag behind in refreshing the control information for controls

Problem: FF seems to lag behind in refreshing the control information for controls that use arrow keys for navigation in Tools - options - dialog.

Steps to Recreate:
1. Alt + t for tools menu
2. Press 'o' for options
3. Press tab to navigate the controls and watch the information refresh in           Inspect Object.
4. Navigation with Tab key seems Ok, the problem comes when you have to use arrow keys to navigate.
5. Press tab till u have focus on the label of the tab pages in the dialog.
6. You have to use arrow keys to navigate to the next tab page. ( Usual navigation of tab is with ctrl+tab or ctrl+page up/down, this does not work here.)
7. Now if you see the refresh of the information for the control in focus lags behind.
8. When the focus is on the 'Privacy tab' Inspect shows 'General'
9. Navigate to the 'Tab' tab page or 'Download' tab page .
10. These tab pages have Radio buttons where you have to use arrow keys.
11. Try navigating the radio buttons with arrow keys, again you will see a lag in refresh.

Note : the internal tab pages on a tab page say for e.g. tab pages on the 'Advance' tab page or the 'Privacy' tab page work OK
