338298 - No error messages displayed when visiting ecc enabled websites with a non-ECC browser

on builds that do not support ECC, we should see error messages when attempting to visit Rob's site.

But we get nothing.  I'd like there to be an error message, especially since we're not going to support all 25 curves, just the 3 IETF curves.

Chandra, I could be missing something, but I believe it is correct to *not* display an error message when visiting https://ecc.fedora.redhat.com/

This site does not *require* ECC. It supports RSA as well.

Do you still believe we should display an error message?
Please elaborate.

I take back my comment 1.
With this URL the behaviour is different, we remain at a blank page and do not display an error message. This should be fixed to give some user feedback.
