Details

If exactly one person is on the cc list for a bug, the cc line does not show up 
in the file that gets diffed with the previous state of the bug.  One common 
result is that "- Cc:" shows up on the e-mails.

(what's with the compressed cc: lines, anyway? they make me scroll right in my 
e-mail prog.)

means it has "slipped through the net". Please could the owner take a moment to

Is this old email tech?  If so this should probably be marked WONTFIX as that is
going away.  If not, I've never seen it.

This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
