TOC boxes have a clear:both now, messing up display of some pages with 'callout' boxes

Details

We have a number of pages with callout boxes (e.g. http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Windows_Build_Prerequisites). The callout boxes are float:right, and now that the TOC boxes have a clear:both, some of those pages now have a blank space at the top. Was us or the MW guys that changed the TOC div styling?
It's in our skin, css/wiki.css line 151. Not sure when this changed, don't recall seeing it on stage.
It should be on stage, it's my mistake and I'll fix it shortly.
