Current *.manifest files are for x86 platform only.
We need to support x64 platform

By bug 281519 and 327124, some manifest file is modified for x64 build.

I need this modified to build on x64.

We no longer use the xpinstall based installer so the changes to setup.exe.manifest and uninstall.exe.manifest won't be taken on the trunk or 1.8.1 branch. The remaining change is to updater.exe which is part of software update and should be reviewed by darin
