Details

Open a msg. The header part reads: "Subject: ", "From: " etc. Translate this.
(This is in the french localization, but there's no component for fr, just a
keyword :-(. Move over, when the component has been created.)

I reassigned the bug to the owner since I have nothing to do with the German 
version.

component for it.
