Hello.

I've used bugzilla at https://dev.mmgsecurity.com/bugs/ and encountered this page. I've saved it and I'll attach it later...

It's really hard to say what what was the reason for this page, but I hope page itself will describe something... And I'll do my best to explain steps that were done to get there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I've created user, but I did not received mail confirmation on address@domain1
2. The I've created another user with address@domain2 and used bugzilla
3. Bugzilla was fixed (now I can receive mail for address@domain1) so I've opened bug entered some text there and pressed commit. After that I opened another window and asked to change password for address@domain1, changed password, returned on page where I pressed commit entered there address@domain1 as a user and new password. In reality may be I pressed twice as I got "Mid-air collision detected" but I'm not sure.
