You might want to try one of support options listed at http://www.mozilla.org/support/ This is not useful as a bug report, but you can try to send a talkback report and post its ID here. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback

Same problem using Firefox 2.0 and QuickTime Plug-in 7.1.3. Audio won't play and Firefox freezes and becomes nonresponsive, suggesting compatability issue between these programs.

do you see this problem when using FF3? Or better yet, current beta of 3.1? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
