The nsIDateTimeFormat.h header is not frozen-linkage friendly because it #includes nsString.h. There's no need for that.

Same replacement in OS/2 files

OS/2 files need the same replacement otherwise it breaks the build. bsmedberg, if you agree could you also check this in, please?
