steps:
1. try to change a bug from one product to another product
2. try to guess which component you want to choose
3. try to guess which target milestone you should use (* if you don't have milestones enabled, then skip things relating to this item, but the code behind it should be fixed...)

expected results:
2' click component to get a list of component descriptions for the selected product

3' if the product provides a milestone link, the target milestone heading should be a link enabling the user to get some help selecting a target milestone

please don't actually move this bug, it's right where it belongs, but i needed a public bug for testing and it was open.

I think it would be better just to make it easier to access other products from describecomponents. Something like a "Pick a different product" link at the bottom or top of the list.
