Must the arrow button be displayed in this case? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. clear browsing history 2. up at the location / URL bar, click the arrow 3. Actual Results: nothing happens Expected Results: the button shouldn't be there in the first place

I think having the button there is the way it is intended to work. Removing the button or even graying it out would be rather trivial. I do not think it is something that the average user is going to really care about. Someone want to throw their input behind this?

This seems to work now; by default Fx3 shows a bunch of help/about type URLs when clicking the dropmarker on a new profile.
