So, the SoC is over for some time now, (how) do we resolve all these/our bugs? :-)
SoC 2006 program is over now, but in some cases the work continues on the individual projects.  I'd just look at, or ping, each individual bug to see if work still continues, or if things have been wrapped up, or abandoned.  We might also want to use the same bugs/projects to track continuing work in the 2007 SoC project if there is one.
