When visiting the Washington Post to read an article (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/discussion/2005/09/07/DI2005090701006.html), an ad banner appears in Mozilla that covers some of the article and doesn't go away.  Ironically, the less secure browser (IE) prevents this ad banner from appearing.  Is this a bug in Mozilla?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Visit www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/discussion/2005/09/07/DI2005090701006.html
2.  You can also test Mozilla's banner ad popup abilities in www.popuptest.com, where some of the tests Mozilla fails.

Actual Results:  
The banner ad remains, covering the article in the Washington Post and preventing portions of it from being read.

Expected Results:  
Prevent the banner ad like IE does.

Not "security" in that sense of the word --> GENERAL

Mac OS 10.3.9

I actually see this in Camino and Safari as well. However, this is not a popup-ad - it's an advert box that is positioned at the right side of the page's content-area (thus covering parts of the article). I can imagine that this is dupe.
