Whenever I double-click on an email in the TalkTalk inbox I get a window headed 'Software Configuration Error'

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to my TalkTalk webmail
2.Doubleclick on mail item in Inbox (Or Sent box)
3.

Actual Results:  
Error bvox appears but no email

Expected Results:  
mail should appear for reading
