User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 At some point, I enabled the 'block web sites from installing software" option, thinking it would just block viruses or bad scripts. Now I can't install software of any kind, from any site, no matter if I list it as an exception or not, and there is no way I can see in your software to change this at all, even though the "edit options" button pops up every time. This is just ridiculous. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any site - I am trying to download the fireftp utility, for example. 2. It says software installation is blocked and click the edit options button 3. I do this, but nothing is there to allow me to fix this issue. While this is another issue, every time I open this browser in Yahoo, they bug me to change my searcg engine in firefox from google to yahoo, and no matter how many times I click don't ask me again, yahoo keeps doing it. Is there a way to block yahoo from screwing with your browser?
