When spell checking it is not possible to undo changes made by the correction, neither CTRL+Z nor Edit>>Undo affects it but instead returns to the last change and seems not to include the suggestion changes.

Undo deletes everything I have written so far. The whole box is empty. This can't be the purpose :)
@Phil Ringnalda: Sorry. Will do that in future.

@Ria Klaassen: Same effect for me. If I type a few words then stop then do more and correct the last it deleted the last word. If I stop and immediately spell check the typed paragraph the whole thing gets deleted.

Yikes.  I hope people who hit this bug know about Redo.
