A Toolkit:Error Console should be created and the Firefox:JavaScript Console and Core:JavaScript Console components should be removed. New Toolkit:"Error Console" due to bug 265871 which renamed the JavaScript Console to Error Console.

Pro's to this bug:
* May encourage Seamonkey to migrate to the toolkit Error Console code ;)
* A lot less bugs in javascript console components due to users filing javascript errors/bugs there.

Except that the toolkit Error Console sucks from a SeaMonkey point of view...

timless: not really a dupe since this bug was to create the Toolkit:Error Console component and removing the Core:JavaScriptConsole and Firefox:JavaScript Console components. You renamed them to Error console already though.
This appears to be fixed now - probably as a result of the bugzilla reorg.
