Details

Menu items don't work in Linux apprunner.  The function bound to the menu is
never called -- I see "menu selected" on stdout but nothing more happens.

pavlov added a workaround for this, marking fixed.
VERIFIED FIXED for Linux Apprunner 99064. The menus now work, kinda.

Moving all Widget Set bugs, past and present, to new HTML Form Controls
