Reproducible: Always Actual Results: xml source is shown Expected Results: it should have been shown as a xhtml web page.
Your doctype claims that you are serving XHTML 1.1, but I don't see a single element in XHTML's namespace. Looks like you forgot item 3 in http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/conformance.html#s_conform
