Seems to be plaguing the trunk only. I saw this on a 05/31 build, not sure how long it has been there.

Create several virtual folders for an IMAP account. 

Restart the app.

Note that we don't show virtual folders in the folder pane when you start back up. You have to cycle to another view and then back to see your virtual folders.

virtual local folders don't seem to be plagued by this.
This issue was fixed by the work we did in Bug 346747, but I'll leave this bug closed as a non dupe since it should be tested separately.
