If an Address Book contains two or more cards that have different first & last names but these cards have the smae email address, Thunderbird 1.5 does not allow both cards to be in the same mailing list attached to the Address Book.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create am Address Book in Thunderbird
2. Create Cards in the Address Book
3. Create Several cards in the address book that have different First and Last Nmaes but the same email address in the cards.
4. Create a mailing list in the Address Book
5. Move the frist card with a dulplicate email address from the Address Book into the Mailing List.
6. Now move the sceond or more cards with the same email address but different First & Last Nmes to the Address Book Mailing List.
7. Firefox creates the first mailing list entry correctly but does not create the additianl cards correctly if the cards have the smae email address but different first & last names.

Actual Results:  
Firefox creates the first mailing list enrty correctly but does not create the additianl mailing list entries correctly if the cards have the smae email address but different first & last names.

Expected Results:  
Correct Mailing List Entries are created for any Address Book Card no matter if any cards have duplicate email address or and dulicated data in the cards.
