When using a favion of bigger size, bookmarks menu items draws the icon unscaled. This is especially problematic with bookmarks with url pointing to a big image file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL above.
2. Choose Bookmark This Page... from Bookmarks menu
3. Create a new folder in Bookmarks Toolbar
4. Add the new bookmark in the newly created folder.
5. Select the new bookmark from the drop down menu in the Bookmarks Toolbar
6. Click at the Bookmarks Toolbar menu to drop it again after the page loads.

Actual Results:  
The newly loaded favicon for the page is drawn in its original size (64x64) instead of scaled to the proper size for menu items.

Expected Results:  
favicon in the menu is drawn in proper size for menu itmes (16x16?)

This works for me, but is probably a dupe of bug 319481
