there are also some other reports of crashes on the phonebook
with different stack traces in todays analysis report..

are these related?  If they are not then we can split into two bugs.

sounds like a dup of 33529 which was fixed on 03/27/2000 19:52.  With that 
build, if you open the Security Manager under the Task->Personal Manager before 
going to the site, you will not experience the crash.  I am certian about this 
for the CMT_SetSavePrefsCallback crash, but not so certian about the first crash 
reported.  

However, I tried to buy this with todays debug build, and could not:
