Description

Action a: 'New Test Case'
       b: set summary to 'test123'
       c: set action to 'act123'
       d: set effect to 'eff123'
       e: click 'add' 

Result: test case page appears, with field "Used in test plans".
         Single test plan appears as link: no way to change it.
         (Click link goes to test plan page: no way to change test cases.)

Expected: some way to change/add/remove test plan of test case, such
  as selected test plan within a list.

There currently is no way to unlink a plan from a test case. This would take some thought since if a test case appears in any runs for that test plan you would be orphaning those records if you unlinked the plan. 

I see no harm in being able to remove a plan from a test case if it has never been run in that plan however.
