34046 - click download = crash, right click download = 0 byte file

I try to download any of the files listed on the right side of page with just
one left click and Mozilla crashes.  This even happens on the plain text files
like "INSTALL" or "CHANGES".

When i try to download using the context menu "Save Link As..." it saves an
empty file (0 bytes) with the correct name.  Tried this multiple times,
rebooting NT as i went along.

Surfing through a firewall here at Nortel, so that may be causing trouble.

This worksforme with 03/30 build under NT. I tested each of the tar.gz files 
and was able to successfully download.
