Using builds 2000-03-31M15 on win98 and linux, creating a New Account in a New Profile hangs. 1. Remove or rename your mozregistry.dat 2. Launch Seamonkey 3. You have to create a New Profile per bug 34054 4. Now try to set up a New Mail account using the wizard. 5. Click Finish at the end- System hangs

I'm pretty sure this is the same bug as the other "browser hanging" bugs that are holding the tree closed.

Using respin for linux 2000-03-31-15M15 this is fixed. Waiting for Window build to test.
Mac still OK, so when we get win32 builds I expect it will be ok there to. Leaving open until windows is checked.
