This patch fixes the following:
* usage of Romanian specific letters ă,â,î,ş,ţ instead of plain a,i,s,t. This alone makes the existing NSIS translation look like sub-standard quality
* use imperative instead of long infinitive on buttons, per convention in Mozilla and many other RO translations

We're not using the original NSIS localization files anymore, thus resolving WORKSFORME. Sorry for the bugspam.
