That frame has scrolling="yes" which is why the scroll bars are there.
From the HTLM spec: "yes: This value tells the user agent to always provide scrolling devices for the frame window."

sorry, I didn´t have had this problem before updating to the newest version! AND it is set "yes" for contents that´s bigger than the frame.... -But it´s not necessary to show scrollbars with a fixed backgroundpicture in an empty html-site...

so I´m really confused...

oh, i´m really sorry. I haven´t seen that right yet...

but than I ask myself, why they haven´t been shown the time befor the updating...?! But nevertheless. There should be other more important issues to talk about...
