341028 - cannot clear paste after i have pasted info to new place

in the last two weeks, when i copy and then paste a line to a word document, email, google search..etc.   the paste info does not clear after i have pasted to new location .. can cause problems of security if i cannot clear paste from the 
edit menu.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any web site and copy info

2.then go to word doc, email, google search and paste the copied info
3.then go to entirely new document, email, search and the old paste is still there
and cannot be cleared after the paste.

Actual Results:  
the paste info is not cleared

Expected Results:  
the paste info is cleared and the cut, copy parts of edit menu should appear

Isn't this the same as any application? On every system I've used (Mac, Windows, Linux) the clipboard can be pasted as many times as you want and isn't cleared until you copy something new into it. Example, copy something out of a word document and paste into a couple different notepad docs or vice versa.

Why would you expect the clipboard to be cleared when you paste something? This behavior has been around for ages and is unlikely to change. This is INVALID, IMO.
