click the name field. (Under smile signs, there's an input type=text and textarea. the input is the name field).
It goes to login page when I'm not logged in. 
This login page does not show up properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the following page. http://assembly.joins.com/content.asp?board_idx=35177&page=1&tb_name=d_politic
2.Click the name without loggin on.
3.Then, the login page does not show properly - input area for name & id does not show up. 
Login URL is the following

Actual Results:  
Login page does not show area for login data input.

Expected Results:  
In the middle should be the login area.

shows up properly and fully in Firefox 2, Camino trunk, and Safari 3. WORKSFORME.
