Hi. Thanks for reporting this.  Would it be too much trouble if you would be a
little more precise in what you think is going wrong here.  Here's what I'm
seeing on my Linux build 2000.04.08.08

- The page contains no <COL> tags, so I don't know why you suggest that <COL>
tags should be implemented.
- The percentages on the <COLGROUP>s don't add up to 100%, so it's unclear how
this should be handled. I agree that right now it's not handled very
intelligently.  It probably isn't specific to <COLGROUP> though; I think there's
a bug on <TD> with specified % widths in a <TR> not scaling correctly if the
widths don't add up correctly.  So that's one bug.
- The rules=groups, frame=hsides and border=2 attributes are rendered correctly,
although there's some space (1px or so) interrupting the rules between lines.
That's another bug.
- The caption isn't displayed (althoug it is if the <h2> tags are removed.
That's a third bug.

Anything else?
