34112 - JA: BAmerica section headers not centered in text boxes

When examine the Bargain America panels on a Mac, the section header/titles are 
not centered in each of the red boxes.  The text tends to run along the top of 
the box.  Text should be centered in the header boxes.

Able to reliably reproduce on two Macs.

Hi, Gerv. Thanks for checking this out. I currently have a lot of things
on my (it's a "he") plate including the entire update of International Rel Notes.
I agree that we don't have non-centered or text runing outside of the red headeline
boxes for Bargain America Tab.
