BUILD: First appeared in build 2006-06-07-08
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Start mailnews.
2) Make sure you have multiple mail folders.
3) Select a folder.
4) Click to the right of the folder name of some other folder.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Folder is switched.
ACTUAL RESULTS: Click is ignored; switch only happens if you click directly on the folder name itself. Just clicking on the tree row or tree cell does not work.
