Currently, Bugzilla allows to nicely represent parent/child, or general
dependency relationships via the "Bug X depends on" and "Bug Y blocks"
fields.

Adding sibling relationships (non-hierarchical links between Bugs) or
"Related Bugs", would be a very useful addition that some other systems
offer.

For example, this would allow us to mark bugs which might be duplicates,
but where we aren't sure about this yet.

Or, a relatively common scenario recently, when someone finds an issue
which we need to address for different products/releases in slightly
different ways, it may make sense to clone Bugs and link them thusly.
