341589 - Can't add a New Card to a Distribution List

If I add a New Card to a Distribution List it adds the New Card to parent folder (not to the Distribution List).

The interface design is a little confusing. The way I believe it should work is you add the New Card to a Contact Folder and then you subsequently add a link from a Distribution List to the New Card in it's folder. The Dist list should point to existing entries only (i.e., you shouldn't be able to right-click and create a New Card from within a List - there should be a selection to "link" to an existing person).

Currently it looks as though you can add a New Card to either a Folder or a List or both. And it also looks as though you could in effect add two separate entries (i.e., each with different attributes) but using the same name and same email address. Very confusing! 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Right-click Distribution List
2.  Select New Card
3.  Add information
4.  Click OK

Actual Results:  
New Card gets added to parent folder and not to Distribution List.

A second attempt adds a second entry in the parent folder.

Expected Results:  
New Card should be added to the Distribution List OR New Card should be added to the parent folder with a link in the Distribution List pointing at the entry in the parent folder.

A second entry using the same name should not be allowed.

Yes, I also encounter a problem.

I have created a "New List" called "Distributors", and drag all distributors' contact to "Distributors" folder. Unfortunately, only 40 contact is added successfully to "Distributors" folder, anothers could not be add.

Please help.
