Ever since I modded my mac os with shapeshifter I can't see my booknarks on my bookmarks bar. I can only see the icons. Not the actual words. I can still click on them and go to the link.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Unmod my OS back to normal.

Actual Results:  
Bookmarks bar goes back to normal.

Expected Results:  
bookmarks bar goes back to normal.

The bookmarks bar should have been visible with the mod.

What theme are you using?  Does it change the color of the bookmarks bar?  Does this happen with all themes?

> I am using the eternal 1.2 theme. I haven't tried it with the other themes. The bookmark bar doesn't seem to change with the theme.

If you look carefully, what's happening is that the theme makes the bookmarks bar element light gray, and the text white.  Unfortunately, we can't account for possible color combinations on the theme-maker's part.  Theme-making is very difficult, because it's hard for theme-makers to know what elements are going to be used together.  Anyway, the unfortunate end result is, if a theme is unusable it's unusable, and there's not much Camino can do about that. INVALID.

the themes are very usable. the problem is when themes pair dark backgrounds with light text. Camino will:

(a) use the light text without the dark background
or
(b) use black text with the dark background

both leading to disaster when trying to read buttons OR the bookmark bar. this doesn't happen in safari or any other app, and it's not the fault of the theme-makers (plural). Camino's text colors are hard-coded, it seems?
there's no way to fix this at all?
