Summary: Mail window is completely horked.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download a build (I got the stub installerfrom creature,) as above
2. Install it
3. Invoke Mail & Newsgroups

Actual Results:

UI is totally horked.

Expected Results:

Mail window displays as per usual.

...which means it might be fallout from bug 341661 or bug 337704, I guess?

Yes. Attachment 225786 [details] [diff] is missing. I'll do the requested changes and check that in after some testing.
