In Preferences -> Display -> Labels it is possible to redefine colors of labels. However, I am missing the possibility to set also background color (of one labeled message), not only the foreground color.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. see how label colors can be redefined
Actual Results:  
only foreground (text color) could be redefined

Expected Results:  
both text color and background color should be redefinable

Because new trunk versions have more than five Tags it's would be fine to set attributes like bold, italic, underline, cross out.

I allows me to use different background colors for my labels.

Any news on this one? Using stylish at the moment, but having another button for the background color would make it so much easier and IMHO the tags look a lot better with different background colors.

I haven't tried the add-on, but i'm curious what it does on selection.  Worth exploring!
