Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Just go to the site indicated. 2. 3. Java/Javascript disabled; cookies blocked. Also happens in Safe Mode.

I have no idea why this is a TE bug, especially when the reporter says he's blocking Java, Javascript, and cookies. INVALID as far as I'm concerned.
