I access the internet through Mozilla Firefox. I am taking an online course on Blackboard thru Madonna University. I log on successfully and I can send emails successfully in Blackboard, but when I try to submit through the Discussion Board section, the information will not go through. The little circle in the upper right corner of Firefox stops turning and it seems that I have no connection. But then while I'm still in Blackboard if I try to send email, that goes through OK. I do not receive any kind of error message while in the Discussion Board, however, when I click on the submit button, instead of having my text be submitted, the text that I wrote shifts over a space.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a message in the Discussion Board section of Blackboard
2. click on the submit button
3. The text spaces over a space but the info is unable to be sent

Actual Results:  
This happens every time. However, I can open someone else's Discussion Board comment, but I can't answer it or send my own because the above happens.

Expected Results:  
When I click submit, the info should be sent to the Discussion Board section so all users in the course can read it. Instead, when I hit the submit button, the text I wrote spaces over and the info never gets submitted.
