When scrolling up/down through a page, checkboxes develop small horizontal lines through them, the color of the background of the element they are in.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a page with checkboxes on it.
2. Scroll up and down.
3. Hover the mouse over the checkbox and note that the lines dissappear.

Actual Results:  
Lines appear in checkbox.

Expected Results:  
No lines.

I see a lot of check boxes in my Gmail inbox, but nothing special happens with them visually when I scroll.

The server shows no core components anymore when I switch from general to core.

Normally when you change the product, you should be offered a list of components in the product that you choose.
