Details

The search field widget in all components is too short, only allows 6 characters of input. Needs to be longer and expandable/flexible. Firefox search engine field is 20 characters long. I don't know if it needs to be that long but definitely much more than 6 characters, probably 15 characters? Maybe Mac OS X issue only.
