User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060614 Fedora/1.5.0.4-1.2.fc5 Firefox/1.5.0.4 pango-text
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060614 Fedora/1.5.0.4-1.2.fc5 Firefox/1.5.0.4 pango-text

If you go to the url I provided firefox starts displaying some context and then it stops. Note that the size of the context may vary. Firefox says that it is transfering data from the website but the internet is idle. Then it says done but it isn't complete. This also happens to other pages of this website. I don't know if it is a website fault. It works fine with ie....

Reproducible: Always

I tried to download the html file using wget and then load the stored file using firefox. That worked so I assume firefox has no problem loading large files. Also neither epiphany has managed to open this url so it might be a gecko problem.

Try using an official binary: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.4/linux-i686/en-US/
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
