Mouse over the options dialog/Add-ons menu when there's an event right beneath it, pops up the event details.
I can't figure out when it happend and when it didn't.

I've seen the same thing when opening the event dialog. Seems to generally happen when you mouse over an event while the dialog is being opened. I agree with all of the suggested dupes. Mozilla tooltips aren't the best.
